Scandinavian Textiles embody bigness, color and organic design. This subject matter led to a conceptual design. Since fabric is made of warp and weft threads, this led to the runner info’s horizontals and verticals. In addition, large vertical pages and wide margins mimic fabric yardage and selvedge respectively.

Typeface (Reina) was chosen to mimic the organic nature of Scandinavian Textile Design, and its thread-like curlicues mimics that of unraveled thread.
